Auto Repair Cost

Today I would like to talk about Auto Repair Cost.
Auto Repair can be very expensive and time consuming not to mention Stressful.

Ever hear this: "You Get What You Pay For". In the Auto Repair industry this rains true. Time and experience are the important factors in question. A less experienced mechanic would require less money to perform automotive repairs therefore your cost will be less upfront. A master technician would require more money to perform automotive repairs. To become a Master Automotive Technician requires a great deal of time and dedication. If you are a Master Technician that can fix All Makes And All Models the amount of time and dedication is tripled at the very least.
When choosing a mechanic to fix your car or truck ask yourself a couple of questions:
  1. How much money do i want to spend? An experienced auto mechanic like a Master Automotive Technician will cost more but, chances are they will fix it right the first time.
  2. Which garage should I choose to Fix my car or truck? Research is key here, ask people you know where to go to get quality Auto Repair.
  3. Search Google in your local area.
What do you say when the customer says "  That is to much money " = "I don't understand."

Well, this is a touchy subject and I will be the first to tell you that when put in this position it is hard not to reduce the invoice per your customers request. Nothing worse than an a unhappy customer. Depending on the circumstance it is O.K. to lower your invoice but, not before Explaining what services you have performed in Detail. Chances are you just need to Justify the cost, not reduce it.  I have found that the problem is trust with most auto repair invoice questions and until you and your customer trust one another there will always be question. " Be patient, your customer will recognize eventually that they can trust you thus fixing the 20 questions at the counter".

Always explain to your customer what services you have performed in detail. Be honest and up front with your customer.

Please do not under cut your mechanics invoice. This is very disrespectful to them and their experience as a professional. Truth is most mechanics are giving you a little more anyway. Topping off fluids, checking belts and hoses, checking tire pressure, checking brake fluid, checking antifreeze, checking your exhaust, checking charging system and not to mention just taking the time to be under the hood of your car or truck.

Did You Know? You can buy insurance for Auto Repair. This is an excellent idea when considering cost of auto repair.
What insurance company should I use for auto repair? Well, that is a great question. Many different companies offer many different options and benefits. Choosing an Auto Repair Insurance company is simple. One that offers many different repair facility choices or one that will let you choose which Auto Repair Facility to go to. Flexible pay out options is another consideration as well.
